BRADFORD COUNTY:
An immature BALD EAGLE was seen west of Athens on November 3 (TG).

CENTRE COUNTY:
There were 2 BRANT and 2 adult BALD EAGLES at Bald Eagle State Park between=
 October 30 and November 1 (BSn=2C NBu).

An adult BALD EAGLE was observed on November 1 perched in a tree along Whit=
ehall Road about 0.5 miles past the old Fairbrook Church (GBri).

Jo Hayes Vista reported seeing 2 GOLDEN EAGLES on November 3 (CG).

A few RUSTY BLACKBIRDS were in a mixed flock of blackbirds at Scotia Pond o=
n November 4 (GG).

An adult BALD EAGLE was circling Colyer Lake on November 4 (MH).

CLINTON COUNTY:
A solitary BRANT was seen on October 29 in the Susquehanna River along the =
dike in Lock Haven (JS).

Waggoner's Gap Hawk Watch counted 8 BLACK VULTURES=2C 233 TURKEY VULTURES=

HAWKS=2C 16 COOPER'S HAWKS=2C 3 NORTHERN GOSHAWKS=2C 38 RED-SHOULDERED HAWK=
S=2C 626 RED-TAILED HAWKS=2C 39 GOLDEN EAGLES=2C 3 MERLINS and 2 PEREGRINE =

Tuscarora Summit Hawk Watch reported counting 68 TURKEY VULTURES=2C 3 BALD =

=2C 6 RED-SHOULDERED HAWKS=2C 67 RED-TAILED HAWKS=2C 4 GOLDEN EAGLES and 1 =
MERLIN between October 29 and November 2 (DGe).

A STILT SANDPIPER continues to be seen at the Kriner Road Ponds through at =
least October 31 (BK). There also were 2 LESSER YELLOWLEGS present on Octob=
er 31 (BK).

Stone Mountain Hawk Watch reported tabulating 4 BLACK VULTURES=2C 19 TURKEY=

D HAWKS=2C 29 GOLDEN EAGLES and 1 MERLIN between October 29 and November 3 =

LANCASTER COUNTY:
Conejohela Flats produced 1 BRANT=2C 2 immature BALD EAGLES=2C 3 BLACK-BELL=
IED PLOVERS=2C 7 GREATER YELLOWLEGS and 2 BONAPARTE'S GULL between October =
29 and 31 (BS=2C DBo=2C CC=2C JBo).

There were 2 immature and 6 adult BALD EAGLES and 10 FORSTER'S TERNS in the=
 Susquehanna River near Peach Bottom Village on October 29 (BS). A GREAT CO=
RMORANT was observed flying along the Susquehanna River near Peach Bottom o=
n November 3 (CC).

An immature GOLDEN EAGLE was seen at Middle Creek Wildlife Propagation Area=
 on October 31 (BHo=2C JHo).

LEBANON COUNTY:
Second Mountain Hawk Watch counted 90 BLACK VULTURES=2C 74 TURKEY VULTURES=
=2C 6 BALD EAGLES=2C 14 NORTHERN HARRIERS=2C 47 SHARP-SHINNED HAWKS=2C 9 CO=
OPER'S HAWKS=2C 2 NORTHERN GOSHAWKS=2C 31 RED-SHOULDERED HAWKS=2C 219 RED-T=
AILED HAWKS=2C 10 GOLDEN EAGLES and 2 MERLINS between October 29 and Novemb=

The SANDHILL CRANE continues to be seen at Lake Duffy in State Game Lands 1=
45 through at least October 30 (SH=2C RM). A single RUSTY BLACKBIRD was als=
o seen in that area on October 30 (SH=2C RM).

There were 6 BRANT feeding on the PPL's Susquehanna Riverlands baseball fie=
ld on October 31 (JF).

Seven SURF SCOTERS were found at Harvey's Lake on November 2 (KR). There wa=
s 1 RED-NECKED GREBE present on November 3 and two were found on November 4=

A MERLIN was observed on October 30 sitting on a utility pole in the area o=
f the traditional rail swamp at Noble Farm in Springville Township (JSk).

A flock of 39 BLACK SCOTERS were at the Schooley Pond near Springville on N=
ovember 2 (JSk).

YORK COUNTY:
Two BRANT were found at Long Arm Reservoir on November 4 (DR=2C PR=2C DC).
